Returns

Items must be returned within 48 Hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after product inspection.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
