Defects related to manufacturing or transportation are only eligible for replacement. It is important to report such issues within a seven-day period.
Providing photographic or videographic evidence of the defect is necessary for verification.
Once confirmed, the replacement will be dispatched from our centre within 3-7 days

Return policy

All products are custom-made, therefore we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a defective product due to manufacturing or transportation, we will provide a replacement. Please ensure that you double-check the size and materials before placing your order.

Cancellation and refund policy

Once the order has been placed, you have a 24-hour window to cancel the product. After this time frame, cancellation will not be possible. If you do cancel within 24 hours, the payment made at the time of ordering will be refunded within seven working days. Any agreed refund will be processed using the original mode of Payment

Payment policy

Cash on delivery is not an option for payment. Orders will only be processed upon successful completion of online payment. Kindly make sure to finalize payment through the online payment gateway. GST will be indicated on the invoice.
